Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet’s story begins over 30 years ago when our founder, originally from Southeast China, brought his love for fresh seafood and culinary heritage to America. Growing up in a region where seafood is abundant, he learned early that true flavor shines through simplicity. Inspired by Southeastern Chinese cuisine, he believes in letting each ingredient’s essence speak for itself — a philosophy that emphasizes freshness over heavy seasonings.

Since opening in 2021, Imperial has been dedicated to serving the finest seafood. Under new ownership as of November 2023, we’ve raised our commitment to quality even higher, sourcing live lobsters from the East Coast and Canada, with fresh deliveries arriving every two days. Here, every dish is a tribute to the flavors of the sea, crafted with authenticity and care.
